- **Does it work without internet?** Recording works offline. AI processing requires an internet connection, but processing can be delayed until back online.
- **Is our data shared with anyone?** No. Audio and meeting data are stored on the user's device and are never sold or shared. Cloud-synced files are stored securely and accessible only to the user's organisation.
- **Can we use it for a team?** Yes. Create an organisation, invite members, and manage shared usage limits and billing from a single app.
- **Does it work for online meetings (Zoom, Teams)?** No. Minitku is built for physical, in-person meetings — place the phone on the table during the meeting.
